Based on your preferences, we suggest an itinerary and price the tour. When you have fully agreed to the contents and details of the tour after consultation, we will send you the confirmation invoice. |

The
travel contract shall become valid when TRJ has
consented to the conclusion of the contract, and
received the non-refundable deposit or the total
tour fare including the deposit. A non-refundable
deposit of 50,000 yen is required to reserve your
trip. The deposit is payable in full within 7 days
after receiving the confirmation invoice. |

The balance of your payment
is due in full no later than 21 days prior to the
departure date. Where the booking is made less than
21 days in advance of the departure date, the price
should be paid at once. |
