Founded
in 1930, Ginza Tenichi has been supported by numerous
celebrities. It was not originally located in Ginza,
but due to overwhelming requests by discerning gourmets,
it has been moved to Ginza, home to many tempura
restaurants. |

After the Second
World War, Tenichi was privileged to locate a kitchen
in the official residence of the Prime Minister,
playing a prominent role in entertaining the U.S
Occupation Forces on a daily basis. Since then its
commitment to excellent has earned Tenichi the hour
of welcoming numerous VIPs from both Japan and all
over the world including former US President Bill
Clinton, former French President Jacques Rene Chirac
and Bernard Howell Leach, a British studio potter.
