not about fighting, the word "martial"
is a misnomer. |

Waraku places emphasis
on various centers of existents. It is based on
the premise that everything moves smoothly when
its movement comes from its center. It is like drawing
a circle; unless you know where the center is, you
cannot draw a circle. To sum up, the ultimate goal
of Waraku is to find a center and utilize it effectively.
Finding the center though this art enables you to
increase the healing capacity of your body and restore
your mental balance. |
