your preferences so that you can have a pleasant dining
experience while you are in Japan. Your specific preferences
will be recorded along with your reservation and be transferred
to all the accommodations and restaurants that you are
scheduled to use. |

| Flight details may be required for us to
arrange an airport pick-up service. In some cases, your
passport details may be necessary so that we can offer
services such as renting a car or booking accommodations
smoothly. |

you. When you apply for our trip, we will record your

the guide, accommodations and restaurants so that they
